Zoltan Barzso President Since 1980, when he started his career, Zoltan Barzso has distinguished himself by offering exemplary service to his clients and by sharing his knowledge in a wide variety of professional settings. He has helped businesses to provide meaningful employee benefits and develop strategies for succession planning and estate transfer. Zoltan is a subject matter expert on the topic of group benefits. He has been asked to share his expertise with Regulators of Insurance for The Province of Ontario, and many Senior Agents. He has also been asked to be a speaker on the topics of Life Insurance, Group Benefits, and Marketing on many occasions including:

• Sales and marketing seminars

• CGA Association-Mississauga chapter meeting: Spoke on Uses of Universal Life Insurance

• Client Counselling Committee for a noted Insurance Company

• The Hugh O'Brian Youth Foundation Leadership Seminar: Spoke on Entrepreneurship

• As a leader in the insurance industry, Zoltan has been involved with the following organizations:

• Advocis (the oldest and largest voluntary professional membership association of financial advisors in Canada)

Within the community, Zoltan has served as Vice Chairman of the Parent Council at his daughters' schools, has been a fund raiser for a variety of charities, and been a participant in the Canadian Blood Services apheresis program. In 2006, he became a sponsor of the G.R.O. Foundation; a charity supporting orphaned high school students and women living with HIV/Aids in Lesotho, Africa.

Natasha Woznik Group Benefits Specialist & Life Agent A graduate of the University of Waterloo's Environment and Business Co-operative program, an active member of Advocis and a licensed agent, Natasha is the newest member of the Accurate Design Benefits team.  Natasha brings her passion for helping others set and achieve goals to the world of personal coverage. She believes in the power of contingency plans to reduce the stress and impact of life's unexpected events and aims to make the world of insurance a more approachable one.

Krista Barzso Group Benefits Specialist & Client Experience Manager A graduate of the University of Waterloo's Science and Business co-operative program, an active member of Advocis a licensed broker, Krista has been with Accurate Design Benefits since 2009. Prior to joining Accurate Design Benefits, Krista has had experience working in the telecommunications, airport management, fitness and marketing industries.
